For example, when you add a new artwork to Archer Artist (title, subject, medium, dimensions, price, etc. - even a digital image) you can simply click to have that information sent to your web site. When the piece sells, the system will remove it from your website, or mark it as sold for a period of time and then remove it.
Of course, you can select which pieces are on the web, and which are not. A simple down box as shown below is used.
