Labels and Reports are very similar in how they function and how to modify them. We recommend you read the following topics in addition to this topic before doing any modifications. How To Add Toolbars To Modify Reports
You will need to go into the Tools > Modify Report or Label Layout to populate these toolbars as when you are in the areas of the program where you have actual data to populate in reports as you modify them you will not have the option “View” on the menu bar. Note that once you close Masterpiece you will no longer have these toolbars populated and will have to go back in to re-populate them if you want access to them.
Go to Tools > Modify > Report Layout or Label Layout.
Pick any Report or Label. Once you are in the Report click “View” on the
top Menu bar.
Click Report Controls Toolbar to populate
Click Layout Toolbar to populate
Click Color Palette Toolbar to populate
Once you have all 3 toolbars populated click the x in the upper right corner to close out of the report.
