Labels and Reports are very similar in how they function and how to modify them. We recommend you read the following topics in addition to this topic before doing any modifications. See the Modify Report Layout, Modify Label Layout, Envelope, Add Toolbars to Reports, and Report Functions help topics for more information on modifying reports and labels.
Every report has variables available to them. They are not always the same from report to report or label to label. To see the form or multiple forms that list all the variables available to each report you will have to turn on "Show Builds".
EXAMPLE:
Go to Print and then click on Show Builds to turn it on.
Now go back to Print and then click on Modify Reports to turn it on.
Now go to Print, then Item, then Price/Wall Cards.
Click on the button "Find Item" and choose any item so that
you have data to test the report with.
Notice about half way down once you have fed in an item it will show it.
Click on the Preview button.
You will see a form open similar to the one below.
