Jesse Beck has been in technical support for several years and comes to us with great enthusiasm and a passion for the arts. He has served for a couple of years in the Peace Corps in Jamaica and would love to share any stories if you care to listen. Here he is in his last Halloween costume. Feel free to give him a hard time about it.

If if you have a website with us, you may have noticed a new feature we have with select pictures. It is a zoom feature that is highly useful for showing close ups for your pieces or pictures.

There are a couple things that have been added and fixed in the latest update. For example, you can now search by category in find item. We have removed the delete button in transactions due to a new law in effect that says all sales must be in consecutive order. Make sure that you have the most current copy by going to Help --> About, and looking at version and build number. Version should start with 8.0 and the latest build number is 2007.04.09.001.
You can now add depth, weight and pictures to Artist Consignment Agreements. If you need assistance on customizing, give us a call.

Did you know that you can import your contacts from masterpiece into Outlook?
Masterpiece has a function to email directly from the program, but if you prefer to use Outlook, just create a list from contacts --> mailing list as an Excel format. In Outlook, go to file --> import and import the Excel file into your contacts. Voila!
