We are a small gallery that was literally operating on post-it notes and word documents. But the main artist wanted to grow his business and take it to the next level. Doing that required a foundation that allowed us to look and act like a real business! Enter Masterpiece. We took a while to research which software to choose and settled on Masterpiece mainly for the support we received while we were deciding and the ease of the system itself. My only warning is that if you are going to take the steps to put a software package in place its way easier to start from day one! Our nightmare was entering the data into the site because we had been so lax since the gallery’s inception! But the support we have received has been incredible. We are all pretty novice with this type of stuff and the staff has been incredibly patient and responsive. Although I feel I am asking stupid questions they don’t make me feel that way! We know this software will enable us to go to the next level and get all our ducks in a row and we are excited for the journey! The website that is integrated with it is fabulous and it has totally cut out hiring someone else to manage that end of the business for us! I know we will have questions as we move forward and really get into the nitty gritty of what this program can do for the gallery but for now we are so thankful for it and the support that came with it!
